[East] Automotive Customer Advisor | 5 Days Work | Up to $2.8K + Bonus

Location: Tampines 1

Working Schedule:

• 5 days work week (2 off days on weekdays)
• Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 7:30pm
• Sat – Sun: 9:30am – 6:30pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm

Salary Package:

• 2,700 – 2,800 per month
• OT after scheduled shift hours
• 1 Month Completion Bonus upon completion of 1 year service

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer needs and introduce suitable vehicles
• Collect customer details and pass leads to the sales team
• Arrange appointments, test drives, and handle enquiries
• Update customer records and follow up when required
• Support social media content creation and marketing activities
• Assist with showroom events and promotions
• Ensure the showroom is clean, presentable, and welcoming
