The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and Non-IT functions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networking platforms, and employee referrals.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
