Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and author eBRS recipes & workflows in Aspen V14 application aligned to client core library usage and quality process flow recommendations.
- Configure and manage business processes around material management/flow, equipment management including Equipment logbook (ePEL), and Aspen production record systems.
- Integrate SAP with eBRS and enable seamless communication to DCS (Distributed Control System) to support batch creation via campaign manager, process orchestration via EDM and batch data recording via Batch extraction into APRM.
- Implement and configure EDM (Event Driven Module) for real-time manufacturing event handling and overall system communication for process activities orchestration and stock reporting to SAP.
- Lead configuration of different modules within Aspen MES like MOC, mMDM, APRM, AFW IP.21, and Apem Mobile.
- Lead ADO story and task assignment to support Design, Testing and Go-live.
