Review emails and prioritize tasks, including recruitment requests for site engineers in collaboration with the respective Discipline Line Managers. Align on ongoing projects and objectives, focus is placed on onboarding new employees through the preparation of orientation materials and the scheduling of introductory sessions. Annual performance evaluations are conducted together with Line Managers, providing structured feedback, setting development goals, and identifying training needs to support skill enhancement within the team.
