Job Duties Responsible for a variety of technical duties necessary to the acquisition of echocardiographic examinations and maintenance of the normal operation of the adult echocardiography laboratory. Cardiac sonographers independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of various cardiac imaging procedures.
