Job Details

  • Sets up and adjusts all equipment and manually maneuvers transducers to perform exams. 
  • Performs routine and complex studies and assists in a variety of imaging procedures.
  • Ensures equipment is properly functioning. Reports potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensures prompt submission of all high quality images and documents to PACS.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms and others.

    • Requirements

  • BLS obtained within 90 of hire
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
    OR
    Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
    OR
    Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
