Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure telecom products in Ericsson ECM Catalog.
- Develop and maintain Product Catalog using ConceptWave Velocity Studio.
- Configure SID-based product models and catalog publishing.
- Work on EOC business processes workflows orchestration and interface calls.
- Implement catalog-driven orchestration framework.
- Handle MDRs business rules and information models.
- Integrate external systems using REST SOAP MQ services.
- Develop XML XSD JSON-based integrations and JavaScript components.
- Perform defect fixing production support and troubleshooting.
- Participate in E2E telecom order management solution delivery.
- Support upgrades migrations across EOC ECM versions R16 R19 R20 R22.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OM ON CRM Billing and Provisioning.
