We are seeking an experienced Ecologist to join a dynamic environmental consultancy.

Your new role
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Conduct ecological surveys, including Phase 1 habitat and protected species (bats, great crested newts, reptiles, birds).Undertake desk-based studies andpile ecological impact assessments (EcIAs).Prepare data: mapping (QGIS), data processing, analysis, and report writing.Supervise site-specific ecological works and act as Ecological Clerk of Works.Liaise with planning authorities, clients, and statutory bodies for permissions and consultations.Support proposal production, client meetings, and tender preparation.Ensurepliance with health and safety protocols onsite.
