Job Description
Plan and execute campaigns, product launches on brand website and marketplaces to achieve target, profitability and brand exposure Work closely with digital marketing team on implementation Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketplaces, logistic providers and other service providers that support the online business Assist in strategizing negotiation efforts with partners Review partner performance periodically and provide recommendations for performance improvement Maintain and ensure that content, including both product description and images, is up-to-date Ensure smooth daily operations in all aspects of the E-commerce business, from listing to inventory, order, payment, fulfilment and returns/exchanges Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary Provide weekly and monthly campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance Requirements: Diploma holde...
