Jobscope:
- Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility
- Identify new opportunities across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop) and owned channels
- Lead Planning for all campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Design and execute livestream to engage with audiences
- Collaborate with influencers, hosts and internal teams to produce compelling live content
- Analyse live stream performance and optimise future executions
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies and promotional mechanics across platforms
- Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, logistics and customer service integration
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, retention and ROI
