Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s overall e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activities to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Communicate actively in Mandarin with principals, suppliers, vendors, and related teams from China to support business operations and brand development.
- Monitor store performance including sales performance, ads performance, ROI, product performance, and competitor activities.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, store visuals, and marketplace optimization to maintain competitiveness.
