Responsibilities
- Conducting sales call to customers from provided leads
- Engage with customers for upselling, cross-selling, and following up on sales leads
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, conversion, and loyalty

- Ensure service excellence in operations
- Prepare online store for promotions in alignment with marketing campaigns
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability and timely restocking
- Oversee order processing and delivery for smooth transactions and timely fulfillment
- Report on online store performance, including weekly projections and insights
- Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
