Job Description
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist provides day-to-day operational support for backend store management and customer experience monitoring across key e-commerce platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring store readiness, product listing accuracy, pricing and promotional visibility, platform compliance, and smooth campaign and business-as-usual execution. The position also serves as a key coordinator for order fulfillment, inventory concerns, returns, cancellations, delayed dispatches, failed pickups, and other operational issues, working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Brand Marketing, fulfillment partners, and platform teams to ensure seamless execution and a positive shopper experience.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or any related field, with at least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce store operations, fulfillment support, or digital retail execution. Experience in handling platforms such as L...
