Overview
RemoteVA is seeking a highly reliable and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks
- Assist with customer support and order processing
- Help coordinate and launch email campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
- Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries
- Support product reviews and feedback management (Yotpo)
- Update and manage products using Magento
- General VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting (MS Word), and basic data entry
