Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the economic substance of companies within the area of responsibility (coordinate communication with management, shareholders and UBO, office and staff issues, communication, business profile, etc.)
- Giving support in preparing everything needed for opening and setting up of new companies (including rent of office space, bank accounts, staff (UBO), legal documentation, business plan, etc.)
- Communication with banks: preparation documents for opening new bank accounts, where required, assistance with responding to compliance or KYC dept., preparation of requested documents
- Coordinate routine legal support of legal entities within the area of responsibility
- Organize the documents for legal entities of the group
- Participation in substance improvement/creation for existing companies
