ECS Instructor Site Lead

Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly skilled and Qualified ECS instructor site lead to spearhead our training operations. We are looking for a dedicated leader who can balance high-level administrative management with the technical expertise required for expeditionary combat training. The successful candidate will ensure all training evolutions are conducted with precision, safety, and full compliance with Department of Defense standards. Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications

+ Must meet all qualifications and experience requirements of an ECS Weapons-based Instructor I (JET), ECS Weapons-based Instructor II (High Risk), or ECS Medical Support TCCC Instructor as applicable.
