If so, EdEx are working with an Outstanding School in Ealing keen to onboard ECTs this September in permanent, full time positions.
The school run a bespoke programme for ECTs designed to have you be signed off as an outstanding practitioner by the end of year 1, with the second year of training focusing around operational leadership. EdEx have worked with this school for a number of years and have placed ECTs who now serve in MLT at the school - showing the ambition of the school to invest in it's less experienced staff.
