Bridge Japanese Clients and Global Engineering Teams – Leverage fluent Japanese and English skills to translate technical requirements, coordinate onsite-offshore teams, and drive successful project execution.
Work on Advanced Automotive & ECU Technologies – Contribute to IVI/HMI, ECU software development, testing, and debugging using industry-standard tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, and Git.
Lead High-Impact Technical Delivery – Guide offshore teams, resolve complex software issues, collaborate directly with customers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple automotive projects.
Annual salary: 7 Million yen and above
Job Qualifications:
A total of 12+ years of experience predominantly in automotive domain in areas like IVI HMI development, ECU software development, and testing.
