The Role
- Founding ECVC Attorney position - playing a vital role in the success of the company.
- Serve as a founding attorney and strategic business builder
- Own direct founder and startup client relationships
- Lead sophisticated venture financings from inception to close
- Help build the legal infrastructure of a category-defining startup
- Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams
- Support engineers in building scalable legal workflows through AI and automation
