Role Overview
Lead the Workplace Services team to oversee a portfolio of facilities management, housekeeping, travel, staff holiday facilities, vehicle management, and carpark administration for OCBC Group Singapore offices and branches.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the soft services strategy aligned with organisational and CRE objectives.
- Establish service standards, governance frameworks, procedures and/or guidelines.
- Lead, coach and develop the workplace services team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well‑being and productivity.
- Oversee integrated facilities management operations for offices, corporate common spaces, branches and manage on‑site IFM and F&B vendors.
