Job Description
Looking for a temporary staff to support the production and coordination of the school magazine.
Job Duties
- Liaise with vendors, staff and parents on magazine-related matters
- Coordinate with photography vendors and staff on article submissions
- Vet and compile articles and reports
- Assist with page layouts, pagination and filler pages
- Support administrative and coordination duties related to publication work
Requirements
- Polytechnic or university qualification in communications, media, administration or related fields
- Experience in publishing, editorial, event coordination or administrative work preferred
- Strong organisational, time management and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
