What You’ll Do
- Do you enjoy solving tough electro-mechanical puzzles on high-precision equipment?
- Are you excited by a role that travels 100% Monday–Friday, mostly across the U.S., with occasional international trips?
- Can you shift seamlessly between on-site repair and phone-based troubleshooting to keep customers running?
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose complex faults and execute on-site repairs on Mitsubishi Sinker EDM systems.
- Disassemble, rebuild, align, and verify mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Guide customers by phone to isolate faults and restore uptime when a site visit isn’t required.
- Translate schematics and block diagrams into clear, actionable fixes.
- Document issues, resolutions, parts usage, and follow-ups in detail.
- Partner with customers through clear, professional communication.
