Role Overview
OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Banker to lead and expand its Infrastructure franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and bespoke financing solutions for clients across the infrastructure value chain, including energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, and other infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coverage & Origination – Lead Global Investment Banking – Corporate Finance client coverage for infrastructure corporates and financial sponsors; originate and drive new business opportunities across M&A, ECM, debt and structured financing; act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
