Student Recruitment & Support
- Provide personalized counselling to help students make well-informed decisions about their studies abroad
- Strengthen and continuously improve counselling services
- Monitor and follow up on student inquiries, applications, and acceptances
- Respond promptly and professionally to feedback, concerns, and questions from students and parents
