Job Description

Education Programs Manager – Department of Family Practice, Central Services, Faculty of Medicine, UBC. Compensation Range: $7,283.75 – $10,474.08 CAD monthly. Posting End Date: May 31, 2026.

Job Summary

The Education Programs Manager provides leadership and management of the Department’s education programs, including Family Medicine, Postgraduate, Enhanced Skills, and Midwifery. You oversee program planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure alignment with departmental priorities, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct change initiatives, advising on educational policies, and managing budgets and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and accreditation requirements.
