Responsibilities
- Engage working professionals to upskill, enhance employability, and achieve personal learning goals
- Recommend suitable training and development solutions through multiple channels, including social media, virtual consultations, telesales, and events
- Participate actively in corporate outreach activities such as roadshows, seminars, class visits, and learning events
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand and manage a personal sales portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive portfolio growth
- Manage and follow up on sales leads to achieve individual sales targets
- Conduct telesales and virtual appointments to support customer engagement and conversion
