Responsibilities
- Reach out to working professionals to support skills development, employability enhancement, and lifelong learning objectives
- Advise clients on suitable training programmes via social media, virtual consultations, phone outreach, and events
- Participate in outreach initiatives such as corporate roadshows, seminars, and learning sessions
- Proactively identify market opportunities and expand one’s client and sales portfolio
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Take ownership of individual sales performance, including lead management and follow-up
- Conduct telesales and manage virtual appointments to ensure effective client engagement
