Job Description
You will be either already be a branch manager or team leader ready for the next step up in your career.
The sector is Education Recruitment but we are happy to consider experienced & successful recruiters from other fields.
You will have an input regarding the location of the office & the subsequent hiring & expansion of the branch. You must be able to bill quickly & in return will receive a generous package including:
- Basic salary of up to £50K
- Guaranteed managers bonus of up to £10k
- Uncapped commission on all personal billings
- Commissions on branch targets & billings
- Company shares
- Private Health Care
