We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads
- Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals
- Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolments
