Overview
OCBC seeks a Consumer Credit Risk Management professional to shape the bank’s credit risk strategy and ensure the long‑term sustainability of the consumer lending business. The role focuses on transforming credit risk frameworks and processes across the bank’s consumer lending portfolios (Unsecured, Mortgage, Auto, Wealth) with a strong emphasis on deploying Agentic AI, Data and Digitisation (ADD) to enhance efficiency, decision quality and market agility.
Responsibilities- Lead transformation initiatives to deploy production‑grade ADD solutions that automate underwriting processes and decision‑making.
- Define and implement the target operating model for Agentic AI‑enabled credit risk management.
- Own the ongoing and future development, deployment, and optimisation of ADD solutions.
- Adjust AI‑enabled credit frameworks and processes to align with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations on AI governance.
