What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
- Close collaboration with operational teams in different regions and with departments like Engineering, Compliance and Network
- Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
- Lead or support cross-regional and cross-functional projects
