- E.U. nationals or holders of a valid Spanish work permit.
- A recognized English teaching qualification.
- Minimum one year of recent TEFL experience.
- Full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8.
- At least one year of teaching experience using a communicative methodology.
- Ability to inspire, manage, and motivate students.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Proactive, positive, and professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in English for specific purposes and in creating tailored class material.
- Experience teaching young learners and teenagers.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as digital materials, Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and Moodle platforms.
- A CELTA or TESOL certificate with a grade of B or higher.
- Deep understanding of Spanish culture.
