To be responsible for a caseload of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This Includes overseeing the child’s journey from the commencement of statutory assessment to placement, ensuring all statutory processes are met, until finalisation of their EHCP using key working principles with the family. To ensure effective communication with parents and external agencies, in respect of policies, services and processes, which relate to SEND issues, offering an accessible and welcoming. 2.
