- Establish systems to ensure compliance with local Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and Goodyear standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies and policies that ensure safety, occupational health, and environmental systems are in place that enable continuous improvement both for Latin America operations.
- Drive the EHS systems/tools integration into the Latin America operations - provide visibility to key performance indicators.
- Prepare for and participate in regional and global meetings / workshops to provide strategic direction/alignments on EHS.
- Lead and develop a team of plant EHS managers.
