Job Description

We are currently seeking an HES & Quality Systems Manager for our client in the Canton of Fribourg, ideally available immediately or at short notice, for a temporary mission (3-4 months).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Develop: Oversee EHS and Automotive Quality Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX).
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Swiss federal laws (DETEC, MSST/ASA) and local regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and eliminate workplace and environmental hazards (incidents, near-misses).
  • Mitigation: Implement preventive/corrective measures and advise management on regulatory changes.
  • Training: Educate teams to ensure QEHS principles are fully embedded in daily operations.

Requirements:
