Job Description
Context
Manages site/sector EHS team of D&E, S&SC, Manufacturing, CS, CRE or Corporate EHS
Reports to site/factory Business Leaderor and/or EHS Manager one level up.
Operates within:
- relevant frameworks;
- determined objectives and budgets;
- risk & compliance directives.
Operates within a tactical business environment with a planning horizon of up to two years.
Requirements
BSc/MSc technical degree; professional education in the EHS domain or in depth knowledge of EHS processes and management systems; advanced leadership skills and program management experience with proven track record;
Strong internal network on EHS;
Leading managers in operational environement;
Collaborates in a positive and efficient manner;
Communicates effectively to stakeholders; stays friendly at all times; provides constructive feedback and listens carefully to any feedback given;
