Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Electrical and Instrumentation activities across projects and site operations
- Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of E&I systems for mining and mineral processing plants
- Provide technical leadership on PLC, HMI, and control panel design and implementation
- Manage field service teams during site execution, shutdowns, refurbishments, and plant upgrades
- Ensure safe and compliant commissioning of equipment such as ball mills, scrubbers, vibrating screens, conveyors, and reagent plants
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for E&I faults, optimisation, and plant performance issues
- Coordinate with mechanical, process, and project teams to ensure integrated plant delivery
