Alecto Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading energy-from-waste company and together we are seeking an experienced EC&I supervisor for their ongoing project in Walsall.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee all EIC activities on site, covering electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between contractors, site leadership, and engineering teams.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure key programme milestones are achieved.
Drive safe, efficient delivery in line with project schedules and quality expectations.
Provide hands‑on leadership to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
Champion and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring all activities follow approved RAMS.
