Job Scope Summary
The EI C Technician Team Leader is responsible for performing hands‑on maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. The role combines strong technical expertise with supervisory and coordination responsibilities including supervising and guiding junior EI C technicians in daily maintenance activities and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and procedures. The EI C Technician Team Leader also assists the Maintenance Manager in planning, monitoring, coordinating, and reporting EI C maintenance activities to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and systems.
