Due to the continued growth of our business and recent acquisition of a large number of properties, we are thrilled to announce our newly created permanent roles for Electrical Technicians to join our EICR/Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is your opportunity to play a key role in upholding the highest electrical safety and compliance standards across our properties, ensuring safe and well-maintained homes for our residents.

About the Role

As a key member of our EICR/Compliance Electrical Team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring % electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRS), installations, servicing, repairs, and partial rewires of domestic properties.
  • Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.
