  • Prüfung von Bedarfsmeldungen und Durchführung operativer Bestellungen

  • Lieferantenmanagement inkl. Vorzugslieferanten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Terminverfolgung

  • Erstellung von Anfragen, Angebotsvergleichen und Unterstützung bei Preisverhandlungen

  • Reklamationsmanagement, Mahnwesen und Rechnungsprüfung

  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen

  • Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Bearbeitung von Dispostücklisten im ERP-/PPS-System

  • Koordination von Wareneingang, Versand und Bestandsführung inkl. Inventurunterstützung
