Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow.
Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, expressing empathy, and restating understood needs beyond issue resolution.
Find a personalized solution that fits each customer and make a recommendation (rate plan, data usage reduction, promotion, etc.).
Use available resources to ensure complete resolution.
Sell a range of products, including telephone services, hotspots, network‐connected devices, DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and various system types for businesses.
