Job Description
Electrical Construction Management
Oversee execution of HV/LV electrical works, including module stringing, inverter installation, transformer and HT yard works, cable laying, termination, earthing, and SCADA-related installations.
Ensure electrical construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, IEC/IS standards, and project requirements.
Develop construction methodologies, work sequencing, and execution strategies for electrical scope.
Planning, Scheduling & Control
Review and finalize electrical construction schedules, micro-plans, and manpower deployment plans in coordination with planning teams.
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and take corrective actions to mitigate delays.
Support project cost control through optimized resource utilization and effective work-front planning.
