<div>Description:</div> <div> <div class="olUlHelper sap-padding-begin-tiny">Accountabilities:<br /> <br /> Accountable for supporting design work on major fusion sub-systems, from concept through to detailed design on enhancement programs for UKAEA's facilities as well as for future fusion devices.<br /> <br /> Accountable for design aspects relating to all assigned systems / components including repair, replacement or upgrade activities. <br /> <br /> Develop and effectively implement systems for managing design requirements and interfaces, and processes for ensuring satisfactory performance/compliance, and ensure these are adopted by design teams.<br /> <br /> Ensure that detail designs are appropriately validated, working with engineering technicians/analysts/suppliers as necessary, and ensure appropriate adherence to design standards.
