This position is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate professional electrical designs as part of the complete design process to meet client specific requirements.
Job Objectives
- Plan and align designs to business strategies and objectives to ensure effective customer service.
- Align designs with industry best practices to ensure effective cost management and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ensure continuous improvements on the designs for optimal and cost-effective implementation.
- Mentor and coach the CAD operators and engineers in training to ensure optimal utilization and development of these human resources.
