Our client is seeking an Electrical Designer to join their expanding Oil, Gas & Chemical (OGC) practice.
This role provides the opportunity to apply your technical design expertise, develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, and demonstrate leadership through effective coordination, communication, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of grounding systems, duct banks, cable trays, area classification, and lighting layouts from initial concept through final delivery.
- Prepare and deliver a full suite of electrical design documents, including plan views, installation details, and sectional drawings.
- Perform calculations related to lighting, conduit, cable tray, and duct bank systems.
- Develop accurate 3D models of electrical systems, including cable trays, lighting, duct banks, and vendor-furnished equipment.
- Produce schematics and one-line diagrams based on engineering inputs. <...
