Engineer (Electrical Distribution Control Centre) (Shiftwork)
Manage the operation of the Distribution Control Centre (DCC)
Carry out remote operation of High Tension (HT) networks
Attend to HT network incidents
Handles difficult customers and complaints
Ensures all event reports in the system are signed off promptly
Ensures the efficient management of the Fire Alarm Monitoring Station (DECAM) at DCC
Prepares monthly and weekly reports for submission to management
Prepares incident reports on HT outages and voltage dip for submission to regulator
Assist in managing system upgrading for DCC and Electricity Service Centre (ESC)
Assist in OHSAS certification for Distribution Control & Customer Services (DCCS)
Assist in ISO certification ISO 9001:2015
