Job Description
Job duties & responsibilities:
- If you have a GCC (mines and works) then you will hold the legal appointment in terms of Section 2.13.1 of the MHSA, taking responsibility for the safety and legality of all electrical work on site.
- Ensure that all electrical installations, modifications, and maintenance work comply with MHSA regulations, national standards, and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment for the project.
- Ensure that electrical designs and installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and operational requirements.
