Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for utility-scale and commercial projects
  • Perform system sizing, modelling, and performance analysis
  • Support project development, including feasibility studies and technical due diligence
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and stakeholders
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of BESS projects
  • Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and drawings

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 37+ years of experience in energy storage, renewables, or power systems
  • Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies and BESS architecture
