Summary This vacancy is for a GS-0850-7/9/11/12, Electrical Engineer located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SFLC Electrical Systems Branch, in Glen Burnie, MD. Responsibilities You will serve as an Electrical Engineer and be responsible for investigating, preparing and evaluating feasibility studies, design layouts, electrical specifications, time and cost estimates of electrical machinery and equipment installed or to be installed on Coast Guard Vessels. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Reviews plans, specifications, and cost estimates for technical adequacy for electrical equipment and systems.
